Solution

Mergen IT implemented ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite, starting with the enablement of Discovery. This core component provided a single-pane-of-glass view of the client's global IT assets, including application, platform, operating system, virtual and physical layers, along with their internal and external dependencies. Discovery scans were conducted on the internal infrastructure, populating relevant configurations into the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and creating consistent dependency maps. 

Results
